​We are Pembroke Public Library District Library, providing over one thousand Pembroke Township, Village of Hopkins Park, and Saint Anne residents with no-cost Library services. Along with public services including fax, copying and computer access, mediation, CD books, and much more… We are an Institute of Knowledge a haven for dreams and ideas; a place young mind can explore the universe and other minds can safely connect with the past. We serve an area that is economically disadvantaged with high unemployment, and very few businesses and industries. However, our community is counted among some of the oldest Afro-American settled communities in the country with a rich historical tradition of farming, horse ranches, and savanna wildlife.
