Rock Island Library Watts-Midtown Branch

Branch of the Rock Island Public Library, located in a building with the Rock Island YMCA. In addition to library collections for all ages, the branch offers study rooms, Internet and WiFi access, designated teen center, printing, copying, and faxing (this location only, and an outdoor reading garden/patio. A mid-sized conference room, and large community auditorium are available for booking. The Rock Island Public Library provides library cards to residents of Rock Island and of the Milan-Blackhawk Area Public Library District, and reciprocal borrowing to patrons of other Illinois Quad City libraries in the PrairieCat network. Davenport residents may use Illinois public libraries on a walk-in borrowing basis.
