The General Crook House Museum is a restored Victorian Italianate mansion, built in 1879. It sits on the Fort Omaha campus of Metropolitan Community College in building 11B and served as the Commanding Officers' Quarters for over seventy years, while the Fort was in active use. Today, it is a completed restored period museum, open to visitors to learn more about Omaha's early history.
