Currently, the Waring Historical Library is undergoing renovations and we are not open to visitors, but researchers can still make appointments. We anticipate renovations will be completed in winter 2025. Discover the history of the health sciences of the Atlantic World at the Waring Historical Library. This museum and library houses a collection of over 100,000 books, journals, manuscripts, and artifacts that tell the story of medicine from the 18th and 19th centuries.
