Central Library is located in the heart of downtown Spokane with a breathtaking view of the Spokane River & the Monroe Street Bridge. After two years of renovations, the Central Library reopened in July 2022 as a citywide hub of innovative 21st century library services including meeting spaces, River Rumpus Children’s Playspace, media studios, a business lab, New Leaf Café, nxʷyxʷyetkʷ Hall, & much more.
