The Washington Book & Braille Library (WTBBL) provides free, comprehensive library service to Washington residents who are blind, visually impaired, deaf-blind, physically disabled (can’t hold a book or turn a page), or reading disabled. Books and magazines are available in audio or braille, sent free by mail or downloaded from our website or mobile device for your reading convenience. WTBBL provides readers advisory, programming, and youth services including summer reading, early literacy, and multisensory storytimes.
